Program cek kesehatan gratis ini sudah berjalan sejak 2016 dan konsisten dilaksanakan setiap enam bulan sekali di enam titik pelayanan di tiga wilayah binaan perusahaan, yaitu di Desa Menganti, Desa Karangkandri, dan Desa Slarang, di Kabupaten Cilacap.

Rata-rata lebih dari 2.000 warga telah menerima manfaat dari program Cekeli setiap tahun. Pada 2025 saja, tercatat 2.354 masyarakat mengikuti layanan ini. Secara kumulatif sejak 2016, belasan ribu warga di desa binaan telah mendapatkan pemeriksaan dan edukasi kesehatan melalui Cekeli.
